A TOP Hamas commander who was behind a massacre that left more than 100 people dead in one Israeli town has been killed.

Abed Alrahman, the deputy commander of the Nuseirat Battalion, was wiped out in an airstrike on Tuesday, the Israeli Defence Force claimed.

Israel said two other Hamas commanders – Khalil Muhajez and Khalil Tatri – were also killed.

Hundreds of Hamas terrorists swarmed Israel’s Be’eri Kibbutz early on October 7 and slaughtered civilians – including children and babies – in their bedrooms.

Israeli troops discovered unimaginable horrors of dead babies and 20 children tied up and burned in the village.

Sickening photos showed bullet-ridden coat pegs in a bloodstained nursery devastated by the militants.

As Israeli Defence Forces went door-to-door to liberate border towns ambushed by Hamas monsters, the true scale of the bloodbath was uncovered.

According to Israel, Abed Alrahman took part in the savage attack on Be’eri.

A commander of an Israeli emergency response unit broke down in tears as he described the horror scenes in the town.

He said whole families were found with hands tied behind their backs that had been “torched” by Hamas.

Yossi Landau told i24News: “Terrorist’s were sitting and eating while they were torching the kids.”

It took IDF over eight hours of intense gun battles against Hamas to secure Be’eri.

It was one of the last towns to be freed from Hamas after terrorists stormed over the border and held the area for 48 hours.

It comes after one of the leaders of Hamas’s security forces was also killed.

Jehad Mheisen was reportedly with his family in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Radwan in Gaza when he was taken out by an Israeli airstrike.

His death came just days after other Hamas commanders were killed in Israeli airstrikes.

Ayman Nofal, who was in charge of the Central Gaza area in the armed wing Izz el-Deen Al-Qassam Brigades, was killed

And senior official Dr Osama Mazini was also wiped out – who was understood to have been the Primary Hamas Negotiator for the 2011 prisoner swap.
