Huge World Title Match Set For AEW Collision, MJF Wins Dynamite Diamond Ring Again

On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF defeated Juice Robinson in the opening contest to once again retain his Dynamite Diamond Ring. Following the match, Bullet Club Gold attacked the AEW World Champion.

While MJF was being attacked by the Gunns, The Kingdom rolled down Roderick Strong in his wheelchair and directed them to make the save for MJF. The Gunns quickly eliminated them though. This led to Jay White coming in, but The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn made the save.

As MJF headed up the entranceway, Kenny Omega’s music hit and he issued a challenge to the Salt of the Earth to defend the title against him. This match will be taking place on this Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision.

If MJF retains the title on AEW Collision, he will become the longest-reigning AEW World Champion of all time. His current reign stands at 341 days, with Omega holding the record at 346 days.
