Hyundai told Car and Driver that the price cuts are due to “production efficiencies and scale,” but they may also be a direct response to multiple Tesla Model 3 price cuts this year.

AWD models have a range of up to 316 miles on 18-inch wheels, dropping to 270 miles when 20-inch wheels are equipped. They’re far quicker than base models, though, with a 0-60 mph time of 5.1 seconds.
