GM Tom. For sure, I believe it met the ANTS from 10/19 to 11/11, in fact it was up 15 out of 17 sessions, a super ants? It just has to rise 12 out of 15, and volume must be in total above average over the span of that period. Plus, the recent
pullback looks normal.

I remember one post-Thanksgiving day, Fred, in which Bill O’Neil came over to the office and felt we just had a follow-through, even though it was a half-session day! So, even on the day after T-day, let’s keep analyzing price, volume and

Based on prior experience, when a stock breaks out like NVO is this morning on the day after Thanksgiving, when the big shots are on vacation, and retail traders are steering the boat, does taking a position on this day give you any pause?
Given the strength of the market, personally, not really, but it’s a good point. I remember in past years, when the market was not so strong, we really saw funds’ true intentions during the next few weeks after the Friday half-day session.
Ira, I wonder what Thursday, Nov 30, will be like in terms of portfolio dressing and/or monthly profit taking?

NVO fund ownership is so low vs say a LLY, not sure it is because it is an ADR
We believe that’s the case. Many institutions likely own Novo shares in Europe. According to O’Neil’s institutional product, Panaray, Jennison Associates owns 23.4 mil shares of NVO stock traded on the NYSE; Renaissance Technologies owns 16.22 mil shrs, Fisher Investments 14.78 mil and FMR (Fidelity Management Research) 11.81 mil shares.

NVO hoping to get approval in 2024 for an Ozempic pill for oral administration. That would be a game changer.

AMD does not meet can slim criteria Why is it considered?
There’s def cyclicality in earnings too! Pls keep in mind, profits surged from 10 cents/shr in 2017 to $3.50 in 2022. 2024 may prove AMD is an earnings turnaround now. They’re investing heavily too!

I had used AFRM and it’s pretty fast and convenient for BNPL…who are their competitors?
SQ has a BNPL option. Probably a few others.
