A HORRIFYING photo shows a kidnap victim with a chain and padlock around her neck after she managed to escape the clutches of her paedo captor.
The 40-year-old woman was attacked inside the house of the kidnapper in Miranda de Ebro, Spain.

The 57-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the crime but has not yet been named by Spanish authorities.
The doctors were shocked when they saw the woman with a bruised face walk into the Santiago Apostol hospital.
She still had a chain and two padlocks around her neck and hands when she explained she escaped from a kidnapper.
The victim, who has not been named, told police that she had been at the hospital visiting a friend minutes before the incident.
On her way out, the man had offered her a lift home but said he needs to stop by his house to pick up a few things.
He reportedly gained the woman’s trust and invited her in, but after closing the front door beat her unconscious.
When she regained consciousness, her captor had put a chain around her neck and was trying to strangle her while hitting and insulting her.
To prevent his hostage from escaping and fighting back, he then padlocked her hands with another chain.
The local media revealed that the captive and attacker knew each other for some time.
According to the police report, she miraculously escaped through a window while her captor was distracted.
She fled to her relatives who took her to the hospital.
The police reported that the assailant was a previously convicted paedophile.
He has been found guilty in the past for kidnapping and abusing a nine-year-old girl in Burgalesa in December 2015.
The Family and Domestic Violence unit of the police are treating the case as an incident of gendered sexual violence, reported El Espanol.
The investigation is still ongoing.
