Her most recent achievement saw her perform her signature moves on ITV‘s This Morning programme.

She set the world record for the fastest time to tie a pair of shoelaces in the chest roll position, managing to do it in impressive 10.46 seconds.

This was Liberty’s third Guinness World Records title in less than a year’s time.

The 15-year-old earned her first record when she completed the most repetitions of the most flexible back-bend in 30 seconds.

The world’s most flexible movement is even dubbed in honour of the young contortionist – “Liberty Low Down”.

In the mind-blowing stunt, gymnast must fold backwards from a squat position to get her ribs to touch the ground.

Liberty became the first person to ever complete 11 back-bend movements in such a short time last October.

“Sometimes I end up creating new moves and different things.

“It is just like moving how my body wants to move,” she told ITV News.

The young contortionist has also earned the title for the fastest 20 meter back-bend knee-lock walk.

The teenager set the world record in November last year with the best time of 22.53 seconds.

Liberty attempted this record in celebration of Guinness World Record day 2022.

Her impressive talent has taken her around the world and she even appeared on shows like Britain’s Got Talent.

The teenager from Peterborough, UK also boasts a whopping 1.8 million subscribers on YouTube.

Despite breaking multiple world records and fame, Liberty continues to train regularly at Spiral Gymnastics Club in Peterborough.

Her father, Raam Barros, commended her determination and hard work.

He said: ” Some of the levels of training she has to do are unbelievable.

“She will go and she will do handstands with Team GB gymnasts.”

It wasn’t until 2017 when the self-taught prodigy discovered she was naturally gifted.

For a long time, Liberty couldn’t develop her talents due to persistent breathing problems.

Until one fateful day when Liberty imitated the dance moves to Rihanna‘s “Umbrella”.

“It was only when I was 10 I was watching a Rihanna music video and I copied a move she did in it, and I did it and went all the way backwards.

“And when I came up my breathing difficulty was gone.

“It was crazy, it was insane, it was a complete miracle.”

Raam said: “She developed flexibility herself through movement – she progressed and kept increasing her range of motion over the years.

“She wanted to try gymnastics and was more bendy than the people in gymnastics – they recommended going to an acrobat place and the same thing happened,” he added.

“Liberty is flexible but not just in terms of static movement, it’s all the way through her body – she seems to have some sort of ability to just control parts of her body where most of us can’t.”

Liberty continues breaking boundaries of what’s possible with her incredible abilities.

She said about her new-found fame and talent: “So right now I’m just happy and happy to be healthy.

“I’m just super grateful that all this is happening. It’s incredible.”
