Tesla Cybertruck deliveries finally commenced last week, with ten examples heading to the first customers, and now the automaker is now offering Cybertruck ‘Foundation Series’ models to earlier reservation holders. But at $120,000, they’re priced rather steeply.

In an email to early reservation holders, Tesla wrote, “You are invited to order your Foundation Series Cybertruck, which is fully optioned and includes limited-edition laser-etched badging, premium accessories, charging equipment with Powershare home backup hardware, all-terrain tires, Full-Self Driving capability, and more.”

Pricing shows the Cybertruck Foundation Series retails for $119,990, excluding the $1,995 destination charge and $100 original reservation credit. That makes it significantly pricier than the top-of-the-line Cyberbeast, which retains for $99,900. While the manufacturer hasn’t confirmed this, we assume the Foundation Series is based on the Cyberbeast.

It’s worth noting that cheaper models will be available; the Cybertruck’s base MSRP is $60,990, but this single-motor model will only arrive in 2025.
