But the cars making the most noise in the garage were a pair of Nissan TR-30 Skyline GT-R RS Silhouette race cars. These are Masahiro Hasemi’s Group 5 team race cars sponsored by famous toy maker Tomica.

On the more classic side, the Nismo Fest also showcased several cars from the Prince Motor Company. The company eventually merged with Nissan in 1966, but it released gorgeous cars like the Prince Skyline before that. It also entered the Prince R380 in the ill-fated Japanese Grand Prix.

The race track’s parking area also hosted an unofficial show of its own, with cars taken to the festival by their builders. As it was a Nismo event, there were tons of Nissan GT-Rs, Skyline GT-Rs, and classic Nissan Z cars.
