HEZBOLLAH leader Hussein Yazbek has been killed in a strike in southern Lebanon, it has been reported.
At least four more people are dead in the the strike that hit Naqoura district of the country.

The attack comes just hours after Hamas deputy leader Saleh al-Arouri was killed in Beirut by an alleged Israeli drone strike

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack as yet.
The second strike comes just hours after Hamas deputy leader Saleh al-Arouri was killed in Beirut by an alleged Israeli drone strike.
The explosion caused by the drone strikes shook the Lebanese capital’s southern suburbs, which are strongholds of Hezbollah – an ally of Hamas.
Arouri had close links with Hezbollah – the most deadly and formidable terrorist group in the world who also support and back Hamas in their horror attacks on Israel.
And the killing of Arouri in Hezbollah’s stronghold is being seen as a major escalation in the Israel-Hamas war.
The second strike – directly on a Hezbollah leader – could see even more tension in Middle East.
In a televised speech in August, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah had warned Israel against carrying out any assassinations on Lebanese soil, vowing a “severe reaction”.
Lebanon’s caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati described the killing as a war crime aimed at Lebanon to drag them deeper into the conflict.
As Izzat Al-Rishq – a member of the Hamas Political bureau – called it a “cowardly assassination by the Zionist occupation”.
More than 120 Hezbollah fighters and two dozen civilians have been killed on Lebanese territory, as well as at least nine Israeli soldiers in Israel.
The militant group’s leader Hassan Nasrallah earlier today warned there would be “no ceilings” and “no rules” to Hezbollah’s fighting if Israel launched full war on Lebanon.
The war against Hamas in Gaza has now engulfed a major reagion in the Middle East – with Iran-backed Houthis, Lebanon, and Hezbollah turning against up against Israel.
