A 65-year-old man died in front of his wife on holiday in Argentina
He was staying at the Puesto Viejo Estancia ranch, a hotel and polo complex, around 30miles from Buenos Aires with his wife.
InfoCanuelas reports that the man collapsed without warning at around 7am on Sunday before he tragically passed away a few minutes later.
The Brit was then transferred to a nearby police station as the local authorities work to return his body back to the UK.
An official told InfoCanuelas: “What we can say is that it was a natural death.
“On Sunday morning he decompensated and died. He was with his wife, who is a nurse, and who took charge of assisting him in the first instance.”
The Sun has reached out to the Foreign Office for comment.
The ranch is owned by British businessman Jeremy Clark Phillip Baker.
