Twilight alum Kristen Stewart opens up about her “disastrous” movie Happiest Season in an interview with Them magazine. Stewart recalled the experience while talking with Them magazine regarding her new film, Love Lies Bleeding.

Giving the interviewer and her fans a sneak peek into her filming experience for the 2020 holiday romantic-comedy movie, she said it was annoying that she got numerous notes from studio executives talking about her style in the film.

The identity was beaten out of my goals there,

Stewart said about the LGBTQ love story directed by Clea DuVall.

I was getting so many studio executive notes about my hair and my clothes. I was like, ‘You did read the script. You did hire me. What are we doing here?’ It was f*cking annoying,

the actress added.

Meanwhile, Happiest Season is a story that revolves around a lesbian couple, namely Abby, played by Kristen Stewart, and Harper, played by Mackenzie Davis. The movie emphasizes that Abby has always hated Christmas since her parents died, so Harper, without much thought, invites her over to celebrate Christmas with her family.

Abby feels excited to get acquainted with Harper’s parents and plans to propose to her on the morning of Christmas. Meanwhile, Harper reveals on their way that she has not come out to her family yet. Therefore, she pleads with Abby to pretend she is her heterosexual roommate, which further spices up the future of their relationship.

Stewart also talked about her role in the latest film, Love Lies Bleeding, which she thinks is “pretty f*cking sick.”

This thriller movie follows an introverted gym manager, Lou, played by Kristen Stewart, who falls in love with Jackie, a bodybuilder, played by Katy O’Brian. However, their relationship takes several twists as the queer couple gets linked to Lou’s criminal family.
