ANDREW Tate has been sued by his four British rape accusers including one who claims he choked her until her eyes started to bleed.
The disgraced social media influencer was served his civil proceedings papers at his home in Romania, claim the four alleged victim’s lawyers.

McCue Jury and Partners said the women are looking to bring Tate in front of the High Court in the UK.
The law firm said all four women allege Tate raped and assaulted them and are seeking “damages for injuries they suffered as a result”.
The Crown Prosecution Service has previously decided to not prosecute Tate back in 2019.
A spokesperson for Andrew Tate said: “The accusations by these four women are demonstrably false and vehemently denied.
“Andrew’s legal team will be vigorously defending him against these allegations.”
One of the alleged attacks included the 36-year-old “choking them until blood vessels burst in their eyes, beating them with a belt, and raping them numerous times and coercively controlling them”.
One woman claimed he texted her: “I love raping you.”
Matthew Jury, a solicitor at McCue Jury & Partners, said back in 2023 he was confident the alleged victims could sue Tate.
He said: “We know he is a wealthy individual.
“Depending on the country in which assets are located, UK judgements are enforceable abroad.”
At the time of the alleged crimes, three women went to the police but the Crown Prosecution Service did not bring a charge after a four-year investigation.
The former kickboxer is already awaiting trial in Romania on charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women – allegations which he denies.
Tate, alongside his controversial brother Tristan, have been accused of 10 allegations of rape and sexual assault in the past.
As well as the four Brits, Andrew and Tristan are also accused of recruiting women on social media platforms and luring them to their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.
Both men are alleged to have pretended to fall in love with the women before getting them to work for their business and making them perform sexual acts on webcams.
Two Romanian female suspects – model Georgiana Naghel and former cop Luana Radu – were also formally charged.
The four were released on house arrest in August last year.

Who is Andrew Tate?
Tate is an influencer and former kickboxer who once briefly appeared on Big Brother.
He was born on December 1, 1986, in Washington D.C. and spent time in Chicago and Indiana as a child before moving to England.
Tate began practising kickboxing in 2005 but became a public figure when he entered the Big Brother house as a contestant during the show’s run on Channel 5.
Since appearing on the reality series in 2016, Tate began gaining millions of followers by styling himself as “the king of toxic masculinity”.
He caused outrage in September 2017 when he said that depression was not a real disease.
Later that year, he shockingly claimed women should bear “some responsibility” for being raped, following the allegations made against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
Tate has several other business ventures, including Hustler University, an online community on social platform Discord, and a string of casinos he owns with his brother Tristan.
Tate and his brother, 35, were arrested in December 2022.
They were charged with human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women by a Romanian court on June 20, 2023.
The alleged offences, which they deny, date back to 2012 and 2015.
Two Romanian female suspects were also formally charged.
In August last year Tate won an appeal to be released from house arrest in Romania.
As of March 2024, he, his brother Tristan and the two female suspects are still awaiting trial.
The brothers have always denied all the allegations against them
