The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has released a new picture and opened up about her cancer diagnosis. This is the first image since the news of Kate’s cancer was shared with the public.
The princess, 42, revealed that she has seen many good and bad days ever since her health started to deteriorate. Her photo shows the royal outdoors at Windsor Castle. That is the same place where she lives with her husband, Prince William, and their three kids. Kate Middleton is dressed in a casual outfit of jeans and a blazer and is seen folding her arms.
She also shared with her well-wishers that she is undergoing “preventative chemotherapy.”
In addition, the princess also acknowledged the love the royal family has received ever since she shared about her diagnosis. The well wishes have blown away both her and her family.
Even though Catherine is not entirely well, she is better enough to help her kids with their homework whenever her health allows.
Not only this, she also confirmed her attendance at King Charles’s official birthday parade. This will be her first event since Christmas last year. Reports suggest that she will mark her presence on Buckingham Palace’s balcony.
Also, sources confirm that the king is happy that the royal daughter-in-law will be attending the event.
The princess added in her personal letter, “I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal. Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who have so bravely shared your stories with me.”
