You might also want to offer your employees the chance to work a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
Providing Refreshments
If your employees are working long days in the office then it might be nice for them to be met with a nice beverage and refreshment section in the kitchen. Be aware that you will need to refill these yourself so ensure it all fits into your budget. Lastly, there is nothing worse than being an employee and working hard every day with no returns. Think about this when you are giving your employees endless tasks and projects. It might be nice to organise a team building day where you chill out and don’t talk about work.
