A thriving mediaeval market town has fought off change for decades and is today one of England’s best-kept slices of history.

Ludlow, close to the border of Wales, has become renowned as a major foodie destination with a big food festival taking place every September which people flock to from all over the world.

This new home comes with a price tag of £98,000.

Over the past 12 months the average sale price for a flat was £156,409 and £237,100 for a terraced house, according to Zoopla.
