As Marvel Comics nears the highly anticipated One World Under Doom event, a new Thunderbolts*
series has been announced, featuring the fiery presence of Ghost Rider
‘44. Doom’s iron fist is closing on the world and a special team of morally ambiguous heroes will be needed to do what the Avengers are incapable of. Fortunately, the team has the flames of Hell on their side and vengeance to be dealt.

. Since the character’s introduction in Incredible Hulk #6, he has gained a significant amount of traction within the comics. Ghost Rider ‘44 is featured in another upcoming Marvel series called

Hellhunters
, which follows the hero’s service during WWII alongside fellow soldiers, Wolverine and Buck Barnes. Now sixty years later, Romero and Barnes will soon be reunited in Thunderbolts: Doomstrike.

However, Doom must also be prepared to deal with the militant prowess of the upcoming Thunderbolts team. Each of the squad’s members is a decorated soldier or a government agent, and all are masters of combat tactics and warfare. These soldiers know how to complete a mission, regardless of the means necessary to do so.

This series is already looking like an absolute blast. Calling on
