Crazy footage released on Saturday shows Roman being grappled by other fliers, and then tied to a seat with seatbelts.

His legs are restrained in the footage as he lays with his arms tied behind the chair.

Roman’s attack came in two waves, with him initially being detained and tied up after his rowdy behaviour on board the Russian Boeing 777.

This included him launching verbal abuse at staff and other passengers on board.

Russian media reported that “The aircraft commander gave the order to tie up the inadequate man with plastic handcuffs.”

But these restraints were not enough, as Roman proceeded to rip them apart and start smashing the window with his fist.

This was the point where the plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Baku on the Caspian Sea.

The Russian man was taken into custody by the Azerbaijan police.

Reports say the man went “wild” after consuming an unknown alcohol he had brought on board the five hour flight.

The plane remained on the ground for two hours 45 minutes at Baku’s Heydar Aliyev International Airport, before flying on to Moscow.

Roman later stated he could not remember his actions after regaining sobriety.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

PASSENGER NICKED

Earlier in December, a drunk passenger was hauled off an easyjet flight flight from Morocco to Glasgow by cops.

The aircraft departed from Agadir-Al Massira Airport at 8.27pm last night but just over an hour into the journey, the flight was diverted to Portugal‘s Faro Airport because of a disruptive passenger.

Videos circulating online show four Portuguese cops boarding the plane and escorting the lout off.

The footage captures the moment passengers erupted into cheers and applause as the man was finally removed from the aircraft.

One holidaymaker took to social media to share the ordeal, claiming that the man was “drunk” and “abusive” towards the flight attendants.

They added: “He was also spitting. The plane staff had given him multiple warnings.”

The tourist went on to reveal that other passengers on the flight had also encountered the man at their hotel.

“He was alone, drunk and aggressive in the hotel too.

“He told them he was in Marrakesh, got in a fight and lost his phone,” they said.
