HERE is a fun brain teaser to test your eyesight and intelligence.

Only those with 20/20 vision and a high IQ are able to spot the queen amongst all the other bees in under 11 seconds – so have a go.

All the bees in the picture are heading towards the hive, so something is clearly drawing them back.

Or perhaps it is just the end of a hard day’s flying.

There are a few black bugs scattered amongst the workers, but the queen is certainly not one of these – you’ll know when you see her.

Here are some bee-based facts to entertain you whilst you search.

Did you know… If the queen bee dies, workers will create a new queen by selecting a young larva (the newly hatched baby insects) to replace here.

They help it to grow into a developed, fertile queen by feeding it a substance called “royal jelly”.

Next up: Honey bees are very accomplished flyers.

They can hit speeds of up to 25 km/h and beat their wings 200 times in a single second.

And another: the average worker bee lives for around five or six weeks, and in its lifetime will produce just a twelfth of a teaspoon of honey.

That means a jar of honey is the entire life’s work of over 1000 bees.

Anyway, now that you’re clued up on our buzzy bugs, back to the task at hand.

Have you spotted the queen yet?

Don’t worry if you haven’t – we can’t all be sharp-eyed genuises.
