A ‘bubbly and lovely’ woman who died after she was attacked at her apartment in southeast London has been named by police.
Marianne Kilonzi, 43, was fatally attacked at her flat in Woolwich on Friday.
She suffered blunt force trauma injuries with paramedics and police scrambled to Argyll Road at about 5.25pm.
A neighbour told Metro: ‘We are all devastated. She was a very bubbly, lovely lady.’
Another said: ‘She was a very positive person. We just don’t know how this can have happened.
‘There was never any problem at the flat, police called out or anything like that.’
Neighbours said she had lived there around two years and rented. In more recent months a man had been seen regularly at the apartment.
Three bedroom flats and the luxury complex fetch around £600,000.

Searches have also been undertaken in the bin storage area where CCTV captured a man discarding an item around the tone of the killing according to residents.
They were also told the suspect had managed to flee abroad.
One told Metro: ‘There were blood curdling screams when it happened. Residents called the police. An officer later told us we were safe because the suspect had left the country.’
