VLADIMIR Putin’s war dog has disappeared as reports claim he is seriously ill with pancreatic necrosis.

Chechen warlord and Vlad’s “son he never had” Ramzan Kadyrov, 48, has not been reliably seen for 18 days.

Kadyrov appears to take a selfie with the mad dictator

The Prada-wearing warlord known for his medieval forms of torture was brought in by Vlad to salvage his shambolic invasion.

The hardman has been outspoken about the West during Vlad’s shambolic war – threatening to attack Poland and demanding nukes be used on the frontline.

He even drafted his own three teenage sons to fight in Ukraine.

The Putin puppet has had health issues but reportedly appeared stronger in the final months of 2024 after losing some weight.

Independent media Agentstvo said that Kadyrov “did not appear at public events for at least 18 consecutive days in January”.

Footage of the Chechen warlord shown on Sunday at a rehearsal of the folk ensemble Nokhcho has been dubbed a “canned report,” otherwise known as a pre-recorded video.

Kadyrov – reportedly the most sanctioned Russian politician and accused of human rights abuses – also disappeared from view at the beginning of last year in a mysterious, unexplained absence.

Father-of-15 Kadyrov has appointed multiple members of his family – including his sons and daughters from at least three different women – to key positions in his government.

Some reports have said Kadyrov is terminally ill from “pancreatic necrosis”, and requires regular treatment in the Kremlin Clinic in Moscow.

Kadyrov has denied this, insisting he is “absolutely healthy”.

His son Adam, despite being only 16, enjoys the role of favoured heir and crown prince, and is already in the unbelievable position of being head of his dad’s security retinue.

Russian dictator Putin has also chillingly applauded him for his shooting ability.

The boy is also curator of Vladimir Putin Russian University of Special Forces in Chechnya.

The warlord – who has been living an obscenely lavish life and flaunting his wealth around – was first diagnosed with a mystery condition in January 2019.

He previously acknowledged in public that he had been deemed “temporarily unfit for work” and had been compelled to take a leave of absence.

Kadyrov was then “put on a drip for just two days” due to his fever and virus, which he claimed to be mildly ill from.

The quick treatment raised “persistent suspicion” among the wider public, as many were left “puzzled” as to why a common cold would need an IV, Novaya Gazeta reported.

When Kadyrov vanished from the limelight in October 2019, rumours circulated on anonymous Telegram groups that the Chechen leader was ill and might have been poisoned.

What is pancreatic necrosis?

Pancreatic necrosis occurs when pancreatic tissue dies due to inadequate blood flow, inflammation, or injury.

It is often associated with severe pancreatitis.

Symptoms include intense abdominal pain, especially in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, fever, rapid pulse, and sometimes shock.

Complications can be severe, including infection, organ failure, and even death if left untreated.

Treatment typically involves hospitalisation, supportive care, antibiotics, and sometimes surgery to remove dead tissue.

Early detection and intervention are crucial for better outcomes.

Novaya Gazeta added that not many people in 2019 associated Kadyrov’s drastic weight loss with a potential disease, even though it is the first sign of actively developing pancreatic necrosis.

Since 2019, Kadyrov is said to have had routine operations, including surgery, at the Russian Presidential Administration’s Central Clinical Hospital at least twice a year.

Kadyrov’s health started to rapidly decline in the spring of 2022, with Russian outlets reporting on his change in appearance.

One report read: “The shape of his abdomen acquired all the signs of pancreatogenic ascites; he developed terrible shortness of breath, had difficulty speaking, walked slowly, and dressed too warmly for the Chechen climate.”

In August 2024 Kadyrov flaunted a new Tesla Cybertruck which he claims to have received from Elon Musk.

The Chechen warlord has since attached a massive machine gun to the back and pledged to send it to the frontline in Ukraine.

Kadyrov said he “fell in love” with the motor and described the Tesla as a “Cyberbeast”.

Flaunting the machine on Telegram, he profusely thanked the Tesla owner and invited him to visit Chechnya.

Musk denied donating the truck to Kadyrov.
