Ukrainian official Anton Gerashchenko posted the extraordinary video on social media which showed the innovative device in action.

He said the drone was “shotgun-equipped” and was from the 5th Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In dramatic footage, the new drone is seen flying in the skies over Ukrainian fields.

An enemy UAV then appears nearby, seemingly ill-prepared to take on its Ukrainian counterpart.

A camera is held underneath the high-tech drone’s shotgun barrel, giving a point of view perspective.

The incredible footage then shows the menacing Ukrainian drone blast the Russian UAV out of the sky.

Extra shots show the Ukrainian drone blowing Russian flying devices up into smithereens without flinching.

The impressive weapon was also seen ascending and descending quickly, showing off its ability to change altitude easily.

It comes as Vladimir Putin has continued an onslaught of brutal drone and missile strikes in recent weeks, amid Donald Trump‘s efforts to make a truce.

But the Russian tyrant has shown no serious signs of peace talk progress – despite The Don‘s top envoy meeting him in St Petersburg on Friday.

Over Friday night, vile Vlad’s forces blitzed Kyiv, injuring at least four people.

Kyiv said their air defences shot down 56 of 88 Russian drones and misdirected 24 others by using electronic warfare to redirect them.

Earlier this week Kyiv showed footage of their deadly drones chasing down Russian troops before blowing them up as part of a border blitz.

Ukrainian forces struck the villages of Demidovka and Popovka during their incursion into the Belgorod region.

Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed for the first time on Monday that Ukraine‘s forces were on the ground in the Russian region.

Earlier this month, Russia struck Zelensky’s hometown of Kryvyi Rih in a devastating assault.

Putin’s forces killed at least 19 people, including nine children in one of Putin’s deadliest attacks in recent weeks.

Horrifying footage showed the moments after the strikes when panicked cops rushed to a playground to help wounded residents.

The new drones also came after Trump envoy Keith Kellogg suggested that Ukraine could be divided up into multiple zones like “Berlin after World War II“.

The General, who has been a leading figure in US attempts to bring peace to Ukraine, said that UK-France-led forces could act as a “reassurance force” as part of a post-war ceasefire deal.
