MANY people have been injured after a passenger train derailed in southern Denmark.
The Copenhagen-to-Sonderborg service came off the tracks between Kliplev and Tinglev — close to Denmark’s border with Germany.

Emergency services rushed to the scene near Tinglev as rescue operations got under way.
Police in the Southern Jutland region said on X: “We are present at a train accident with several injured people near Tinglev.
“We need peace and quiet at the scene and unauthorised persons must stay away from the scene.”
“We will announce further information via press releases as soon as possible,” they added.
It is still unclear exactly how many people were hurt or what caused the derailment.
Police are using dogs and drones in their investigation, according to broadcaster TV2.
