THE notorious “Ketamine Queen” who supplied drugs to Friends star Matthew Perry was spoilt rotten as a child by her millionaire grandparents, her family say.
Disgraced dealer Jasveen Sangha, 42, will admit in court this week to selling the beloved actor the drugs that killed him – and she could face 65 years in jail.

But the situation she now finds herself in is a far cry from what she was destined to be.
Sangha grew up as an uber-privileged child who had a life of success set up ahead of her.
Her ultra wealthy grandparents owned a £2.7million Essex mansion – which stood behind an extravagant front garden packed with Rolls-Royce, Ferrari and Mercedes cars.
Her grandparents adored Sangha as a little girl – and her friends claimed the couple’s entire lives revolved around the aspiring child.
A family source said: “Jasveen was spoilt rotten as a child and as an adult, they would just smother her with anything she wants… She’s been given a fabulous lifestyle.”
They added: “She was in a massively good position, had everything going for her, but it’s all been totally destroyed.”
Her grandparents, Budh and Harbhajan Singh, made their fortune creating an East London clothing business which went on to supply luxury department stores.
“It is very sad for Jasveen’s grandma. She spoke of nothing but her, her life just revolved round Jasveen,” a source told The Times.
The infamous drug peddler-to-be moved to America in 1987 – as Budh and Harbhajan had bought her mum a house there.
Little Sangha was sent to a Calabasas High School where the Kardashians live.
She graduated from the University of California, before she gravitated back towards her grandparents’ lavish generosity in London.
She was given a flat and her monthly rent was paid off – and her ensuing MBA at the Hult London business school was also funded.
Today, the price of this course is £67,900.
It was at this point Sangha appeared to have a perfectly laid-out road map ahead of her.
Her parents expected her to marry into a wealthy family, and coupled with her high level of education there was no doubt she was destined for success.
But all that teething promise was flushed away when her drug-fulled partying years began.
Her cushy North Hollywood pad began to adopt the moniker “Sangha’s Stash House”, a friend said.

She started becoming pally with showbiz giants such as Charlie Sheen – who famously battled addiction – as well as DJ Khaled and Perla Hudson, the wife of Slash from Guns N’ Roses.
Another mate told the New York Post: “She was partying a lot and being excessive on the weekends.”
A family source said: “She became a huge narcissist, beyond what her grandparents could imagine.
“All they wanted for her was to find a nice Indian boy and get married, preferably somebody wealthy.”
Sangha, from Loughton in Essex, has puzzled all those around her – with friends, family and now the world wondering how her picturesque life flipped on its head so severely.
The daughter of a doctor and born into a respectable British Sikh family, some find it unfathomable as to how she became tangled in the death of one of the most loved TV actors on Earth.
The depraved dealer even allegedly filmed herself cooking ketamine on a stove – and is said to have used her flat to store, pack and deal drugs.
Methamphetamine was also part of her operations, which had been taking place since at least June 14, 2019, court documents say.
American-British dual-national Sangha reportedly met Perry in rehab, TMZ claim.

The Friends star was found dead face down in his jacuzzi on October 29, 2023, leaving millions absolutely devastated.
His shocking death came after he bravely shared personal details of his struggles with addiction in an attempt to dissuade others from following a similar path.
Just two weeks after Perry’s tragic death, Sangha was caught enjoying lychee martinis at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Tokyo – where suites cost £1,500 a night.
After returning to LA, Sangha was arrested in March on drugs charges after federal agents discovered a “drugs emporium” at her home.
The mega stash included thousands of pills, three pounds of meth, mushrooms, cocaine and vials of ketamine.
Her mum put up the $100,000 bail money on this occasion.
She seemed completely unshaken by the ordeal – just hours before she was re-arrested on August 15 in connection with Perry’s death she was seen flaunting her new hair cut on social media.
Sangha also posted photo of a bracelet of mushroom charms with the caption reading: “Pulling out old raver candy and #ravetothegrave.”
The dealer is also implicated in the death of another victim, Cody McLaury in 2019, who died of an overdose just hours after buying ketamine from her.
Sangha is one of five people US officials claim supplied ketamine to Perry while exploiting his drug addiction for profit.
All five have entered a guilty plea – and Sangha is expected to appear in federal court this week to formally do the same.

She is expected to plead guilty to one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distributing ketamine, and one count of distributing ketamine resulting in death or serious bodily injury.
The family source speculated that Sangha had always expected to inherit her family’s fortune after her parents’ and grandparents’ deaths.
A source said Sangha had always expected to inherit the family fortune after her grandparents’ and mother’s deaths.
They said: “I think it was greed, status, attention… I don’t think we can see her as a victim in this.”
“I have no sympathy for Jasveen at all, she’s an adult. It’s horrific what she’s done.
“Knowing Matthew Perry was an addict … being a part of that, providing the actual vials that killed him. It’s appalling.”
