A LONDON bus driver turned Dubai pimp has been caught offering women to do “pretty much anything” for rich clients at sick sex parties.
Charles Mwesigwa, also known by his street name Abbey, was filmed claiming he could provide women for sex parties at a starting price of $1,000 (£740).

An investigation by the BBC World Service caught Mwesigwa running a sex ring operating out of Dubai’s most glamorous neighbourhoods.
Mwesigwa was approached by an undercover reporter who asked him to arrange “entertainment” for a series of upcoming parties.
The pimp was filmed saying his women are “open-minded” and will do anything the client wants.
Showing his phone, he said: “You have to tell me which girls you want. We have got like 25 girls.
“It starts from at least $1,000. The crazier stuff they do, it’s up to you. They will charge you more.”
Mwesigwa said the women would do “pretty much anything” his clients demand.
When the reporter asked if the women would also do Dubai porta potty party, he replied: “They are open-minded and I will send you the craziest ones I have.”
Mwesigwa then revealed that he is from West London, before showing his UK driver’s licence – adding that he was a former bus driver.
Troy, a man who worked for Mwesigwa, accused him of “selling humans for money”.
He alleged that Mwesigwa had a team of young men in Uganda who targeted vulnerable women with promises of legal employment and a better life.
Troy claimed, upon arrival, the women were then told they owed Mwesigwa for their flight tickets, visas and living costs: the only way to repay these debts was by doing sex work.
He told the BBC: “If the girls said ‘I’m not ready to provide sex’, he would keep them inside the room until they agreed.
“Their only option was to be with Abbey.”
Troy said the women were forced into sexual acts he had “never seen in his life”, adding: “These rich men look for girls that can fulfil their fantasies.
“It doesn’t matter what those girls go through as long as Abbey’s rich clients are happy. These girls, they have no escape route.”
He claimed he quit after Mwesigwa discovered he was helping the women find legal employment.
The BBC investigation also found that two women who worked for Mwesigwa died after falling from buildings in Dubai.
Their families said that authorities concluded they were suicides.
In May 2022, a 23-year-old Ugandan woman called Monic Karungi (known online as Mona Kizz) died.
Her story went viral worldwide after online speculation wrongly linked her to the #DubaiPortaPotty hashtag, reposting videos of a woman jumping from a building and claiming it was Monic.
Just a year earlier, in 2021, another young woman, Kayla Birungi, also fell to her death in the same Dubai neighbourhood, Al Barsha.

Mwesigwa was asked to respond to all the allegations made against him.
He said: “These are all false allegations. I’m just a party person who invites big spenders on my tables hence making many girls flock to my tables.
“That makes me know many girls and that’s it. Monic died with her passport meaning no one was demanding her money for taking her.
“Prior to her death I hadn’t seen her for over four to five weeks. I knew both girls and [they] were renting with different landlords.
“If no one in both flats was arrested or any of the landlords, then there was a reason. Both incidents were investigated by the Dubai police and maybe they can help you.”
What are Porta Potty parties?
PORTA potty parties are events, usually in the United Arab Emirates, where women are paid large amounts of money to sexually gratify wealthy men – in often highly degrading ways.
It’s thought that the women are sometimes duped into participating on false pretences – such as the promise of a modelling contract.
At the events, men exploit the opportunity to commit depraved acts on the women.
The name supposedly comes from the fact that the deeply disturbing acts can include men treating women as human toilets.
Women, often from ex-Soviet countries, are lured in by the promise of a glamorous lifestyle and highly paid careers in the oil-rich states.
An expert told The Sun that, once in the country, they fall under the complete control of the men and can be raped, drugged or even end up dead.
Recruiters often target attractive women with online presences, or even TV stars.
Radha Stirling, founder and CEO of Detained in Dubai, told The Sun: “It’s exploitation disguised as glamour or opportunity. Women, in particular, are offered all sorts of opportunities in Dubai.
“They might be offered to come and model, to come and play music, or to expand their career in some way or another.
“But what they don’t realise is that when they get there, they are essentially at the beck and call of whoever has brought them there.
“They’re under their complete control, and they put themselves in such a risky position where they could end up gang raped, they could end up drugged, they could end up dead.”
While Dubai is famous for its tall buildings, fast cars and glamour, a much more sinister image emerges when night falls across the city.
Young female influencers are being drawn to the glittering UAE by huge sums of cash, but can quickly get caught up in a disturbed cycle of depravity.
Stunning TV and internet stars are approached with incredible opportunities to “expand their careers” for mega money before becoming trapped by the ultra-rich people who have flown them in.
Once in the country, they are under their complete control, where they can be raped, drugged or even end up dead.
Dubai is governed by Sharia law, which criminalises sex outside of marriage, meaning vulnerable women may feel they have no choice but to stay in the shadows or face arrest.
Despite its clean image, the metropolis caters for all sorts of seedy activities for the super rich, with brothels and sex clubs – as well as brutal “Porta Potty” parties.
These sick events involve rich men paying over £70,000 to play out their fantasies in real life and can include vile sex acts such as defecation.
An OnlyFans model who was brutalised during a sex party in Dubai revealed how she was allegedly chased and tortured by rich Russians.
Maria Kovalchuk, 20, was left for dead with horrific injuries after fleeing the sex party back in March.
She vanished for more than a week before being discovered unconscious with horrific injuries, including a shattered spine and broken limbs.
The Ukrainian model – who is recovering in Norway – has now broken her silence for the first time since fleeing the sex party in Dubai.
