A BRITISH tourist has claimed she was raped by a police officer while she was handcuffed in the back of his car.
She claimed three cops picked her up on a street in Aubagne, a French town near Marseille before one assaulted her in the back of their vehicle.

The 37-year-old woman is understood to have filed a complaint on September 10 stating she was detained by cops for “obvious drunkenness”.
She claimed she was handcuffed and instructed to get inside the cop’s car before one sat next to her and kissed her.
After kissing her, the officer then allegedly “penetrated her”.
One officer has been charged with “rape and sexual assault by a person abusing the authority conferred on them by their position” and remains in police custody.
While another was charged with “willful failure to prevent a crime or offense against the integrity of a person” and was placed under judicial supervision.
A third cop has been placed under assisted witness status.
The case was first reported in the French paper Libération after it was notified of the incident by public prosecutor Nicolas Bessone.
It comes just months after a woman was allegedly raped during the night in Paris right by the Eiffel Tower.
A teenage suspect has been taken into custody following the shocking crime.
A man forcibly dragged the victim behind a bush in the dead on night, Le Parisien reported.
He then proceeded to rape her in a horrifying attack.
The victim’s cries and screams alerted the crew of nearby night crime patrols.
The suspect was immediately arrested upon being found.
The suspect was drunk at the time of the arrest, according to reports.
