EVIL Brueckner laughed and smirked as he retold the story of how a German FBI agent working on his case had paid for his release four-months early because she felt sorry for him.

He revealed his first sight of ex-anti-terror copy Rebecca K was when he saw The Sun’s exclusive interview where she revealed her warped logic on freeing the fiend, earlier this month.

Farouk said: “Rebecca K was the cop who paid for his early release.

Brueckner said it was unbelievable that the police officer was paid for him to be freed early even though she had been looking into him.

“He said he had never seen or heard of this woman before. He said it was a surprise for him that she paid for him.

“He told me that he saw the interview and that was the first time he had ever saw her – and then he laughed.

“He laughed like he found it funny but it felt to me he had some more information – that he knew more about her payment than he was saying.”

Rebecca K, 39, paid a £1,300 court fine owed by Christian Brueckner as she “felt sorry” for him and feared that his human rights were being violated.

Extraordinarily, she said of the convicted paedophile and rapist, whose fine related to cases of assault, document forgery and drunkenness from nearly a decade ago: “I felt sorry for him.

“He claimed he had been tortured and I believed his human rights might have been infringed.

“I thought his human rights had been violated in the same way I felt my human rights had been violated by my former colleagues.”

She went on: “When I paid the fine I knew Brueckner was a convicted, violent rapist and child abuser but his lawyer told me that he denies everything, and it was maybe wrong.”
