THIS is the moment two left-wing protesters were dramatically bundled out of Israel’s parliament during Donald Trump’s speech.

Footage from the Knesset in Jerusalem shows the US President halting his address as shouting erupts from the chamber.

Ofer Cassif, 60, and Ayman Odeh, 50 — both members of the Hadash alliance — leapt to their feet and yelled from the benches before being swiftly intercepted by security and hustled out of the hall.

Odeh was removed from the Knesset after reportedly raising a sign reading “Recognise Palestine” while Trump made his address.

“Sorry about that, Mr President,” the Knesset speaker says after calm is restored.

“That was very efficient,” Trump shoots back, drawing laughter and chants of his name from lawmakers before seamlessly resuming his speech.

The interruption comes as Trump is being hailed for brokering a Gaza ceasefire and securing the full release of all living Israeli hostages held by Hamas.

“It’s a great honour, nice place,” Trump began to laughs as he resumed, following a standing ovation.

“We gather in a day of profound joy and soaring hope of renewed faith and above all a day to give our deepest thanks to the almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob,” he said.

Trump declared that “after so many years of unceasing war and endless danger, today the skies are calm, the guns are silent and the sirens are still”.

“This is not only the end of a war, this is the end of an age of terror and death and the beginning of the age of faith and hope, and of God,” he told lawmakers.

“It’s the start of a grand concord and lasting harmony for Israel and all the nations of what will soon be a truly magnificent region.”

At one point, Trump urged Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to stand, joking to MPs that “he’s not the easiest guy to deal with”.

“But that’s what makes him great,” he added, as the chamber once again broke into applause.
