Nobody Wants This Season 1 Recap
The show introduces a bold, funny, and outspoken lady named Joanne (played by Kristen Bell) and a kind-hearted Jewish rabbi named Noah (Adam Brody). Both characters are opposite poles to each other. Joanne co-hosts a podcast about relationships and doesn’t believe in religion, whereas Noah comes with a strong religious background and is a man of calm and spirituality.
They meet and feel an instant connection. While they kept falling for each other throughout the season, the journey isn’t easy. They realize their differences, in Noah’s religious beliefs and Joanne’s fear of commitment, bringing in a lot of awkward and emotional moments.
By the end of Season 1, they figure out they truly love each other, but are unsure if love is enough to overcome the differences.
