Today, TIME reveals the recipients of its inaugural TIME100 Impact Awards Abu Dhabi, which recognizes leaders shaping the future of their industries and communities. The inaugural honorees are: Alexis Ohanian, Founder, Seven Seven Six and Athlos; Jamie Salter, Founder and CEO, Authentic Brands Group (ABG); Kate Kallot, Founder & CEO, Amini Tech; and Zak Brown, CEO, McLaren Racing.

To celebrate, on December 5, TIME will host an invitation-only gala during the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix weekend, marking the brand’s continued growth in the region. The event will bring together members of the global TIME and TIME100 Companies community alongside influential regional executives and innovators. The event will feature appearances by all four honorees, remarks by TIME CEO Jessica Sibley, His Excellency Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Formula One champion driver Mika Häkkinen, Capital.com MENA CEO Tarik Chebib, NMDC Group CEO Yasser Zaghloul and others. 

The TIME100 Impact Awards Abu Dhabi is presented by signature partners Capital.com and NMDC Group.
