A SCHEMING Xi Jinping is plotting out a “grand strategy” alongside his Axis of Evil allies to create a New World Order, is has been warned.
Dr Alessandro Arduino believes Xi is trying to form a supergroup of the West’s greatest rivals in order to “choke out and absorb their power”.

Dr Arduino, an expert on Chinese security, casted a close eye on Beijing throughout the week and noticed two key signs of Xi’s gameplan.
The showpiece event was the military parade to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
Xi managed to get 26 foreign leaders over to the Chinese capital – including major players in the world scene such as Russia, North Korea, Iran and India.
This anti-Western team-up was led by China – signifying the pulling power the president has.
The parade was a chance for Xi to flaunt his military might as he unveiled trucks with new laser weapons, nuclear missiles, robot dogs and an array of high tech drones.
The main event of the arsenal unveiling was the Dongfeng-5C hypersonic nuke – a 183-tonne monster that can carry up to 12 warheads.
China claims it can hit anywhere in the world and fly at speeds of Mach 22 – 16,700mph – meaning it could reach the US in as little as 20 minutes.
Mr Arduino, who also works as a Royal United Services Institute Associate fellow, told The Sun: “The show of force through the hypersonic missile sends a very straightforward signal to the US that China is not going to be intimidated or bullied.”
Then in separate talks on Tuesday, Xi and Vladimir Putin held a convention in Tianjin on the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).
Moscow and Beijing have touted the SCO as an alternative group to counter Western-led political and security blocs such as Nato.
This would give the top leaders, such as Xi and Putin, a much stronger grip and influence on the world scene.
Dr Arduino said both events directed towards the West prove how serious China views the creation of a New World Order.
He explained: “I think it’s good to link the parade with the SCO meeting.
“SCO is not something that born yesterday. It has evolved into including India and Pakistan as acts as a link to the Middle East.
“China is messaging that it’s growing in confidence with military hardware and at the same time it’s basically aggregating countries that don’t like the United States and providing an alternative for a global new world order.
“Theoretically speaking we call this a grand strategy. It’s a step-by-step approach that connects the dot.
“Now China is confident enough to show to the world that these dots – SCO, BRICS and their military superpower – are all connected.”
GettyIndia’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is believed to be at the heart of China’s push for domination, Dr Arduino says[/caption]
Dr Arduino believes Xi used this week to implement his goals after years of planning.
He said: “In the West, we play chess and when you play chess, you go straight forward to kill the king.
“But the strategic game in China is not chess, it’s Xiangqi, and your strength is not killing the enemy but to encircle it, and choke it, and absorb its power.
“So I think with the parade and with the SCO meeting this is one of the moments when you realise that something has been happening for more than ten, 15 years and everything is surrounded.”
China now has allies on almost all sides of the globe from Congo and Zimbabwe in Africa to Cuba in the Caribbean.
Xi also has strong relationships with dozens of Asian nations and has grown close to Europeans such as Slovakia, Belarus and Serbia through Putin.
And it is India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is believed to be at the heart of China’s push for domination, according to Dr Arduino.
India and China have been embroiled in years of tension that includes a long-running border dispute.
But while in Tianjin, Xi and Modi, who was in China for the first time in seven years, sat down to air out their issues publicly.
ANALYSIS: Godfather Xi has created a new global mafia to fight the West
By Henry Holloway, Deputy Foreign Editor
STOMPING boots, massive new missiles, and rumbling tanks — China’s biggest-ever military parade was a perfectly choreographed piece of pantomime.
And while the visuals, with waving red flags and shouting soldiers, delighted the ragtag group of world leaders assembled, its main target audience was the West.
You don’t have to listen too hard to hear what Xi was saying — it was clear and simple: “I’m the boss now.”
With his two guests of honour being Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin, Xi towered over them like a mob boss being paid a handsome tribute by his favourite capos.
Smiling as both tubby tyrant Kim and diminutive despot Vlad fawned over him, Xi sits firmly on top as the Godfather of this new global mafia.
Both Russia and North Korea are now beholden to China.
Kim’s beggar kingdom has always been dependent on the grace of Beijing, and with Moscow now locked in a war it can’t win in Ukraine, it needs China more than ever.
Xi clearly has no problem hosting pariahs, also welcoming Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, along with a hodgepodge of others with axes to grind against the West.
Donald Trump’s spiky Truth Social post during the parade — reminding China what it owes to the West — clearly shows the monster display may have already rattled some in Washington, D.C.
China’s military is growing at an alarming rate — and as Xi brings together his new syndicate of allies, the West has to sit up, take notice, and take action.
It feels like it will only be a matter of time until Xi decides it is time to truly test the West.
Xi called for both sides to be friends as Modi announced there is now an “atmosphere of peace and stability” between them.
Both nations are by far the most populated in the world and also boast two of the highest economies.
Dr Arduino said: “Modi being in Tianjin and shaking everyone’s hands, definitely didn’t come overnight.
“Having Modi in Tianjin, talking with Putin, talking with Xi, that was really something beyond just state a smile.”
During the military parade, Xi gave a speech where he stated “today, mankind is faced with the choice of peace or war”.
The president told his people – as well as his foreign pals – at Tiananmen Square: “We should continue to unequivocally oppose hegemonism and power politics, practice true multilateralism, and stand as a pillar in promoting a multipolar world and greater democracy in international relations.”

Dr Arduino believes this was as clear of a message from China as it could have been.
He said: “The message is very clear for everyone who is not in the West – the world is unreliable, it’s more volatile than ever so we need to be multipolar, and one of the poles can be China.”
Putin repeated a similar message to Xi when he held a drab press conference at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Friday.
Asked whether the future of global power lays in the east or the west, Putin said it will soon be a “multipolar” world.
Beijing believes they can exploit a “fundamental lack of confidence” in the West and Europe through their plan, Dr Arduino says.
This lack of confidence has been mainly fuelled overtime by Xi’s special guest in Beijing – Putin.
He has sowed a number of seeds between the US and their Nato allies since his illegal invasion in Ukraine.
Donald Trump has had public fallouts with Volodymyr Zelensky in the White House and faced questions over his often friendly approach to Putin.
Who really holds the power between Xi, Putin and Kim?
By Georgie English, Foreign News Reporter
BODY language experts have revealed who came out on top between Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un at China’s military parade.
One took up the role of “daddy despot” and held ultimate power over his fellow leaders while another appeared to act completely out of character.
Handshakes, a pat on the back and a dispute over a luxury limousine all helped to create some clear clues into who really controls this new world order.
Body language specialist Darren Stanton described the huge 70-minute event in Beijing as a “very well stage-managed” affair put on by Xi.
He told The Sun: “It was all about the assertion of power, the presentation of power, by the Chinese President.”
Fellow expert Judi James said it was clear who was in charge out of the “political power throuple”.
She told The Sun: “As host and on home turf, the ultimate power rituals here are of course all Xi’s.
“As he walks out onto the balcony to greet the crowds Putin and Kim Jong Un flank him on either side, albeit with a spatial gap and walking very slightly behind the Chinese leader.
“In politics, the one doing the talking and gesticulating while the others turn and listen is seen as looking like the natural leader.”
Europe has even had to create its own Coalition of the Willing group – absent of Washington – to put pressure on Moscow.
These internal disputes within the Western bloc have fuelled uncertainty in Europe and helped China grow in strength quietly.
Trump has already appeared to notice Xi’s plan as he posted on Truth Social before the military parade: “May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration.
“Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America.”
