The episode, which aired in 2019, shows the widow out with friends as reality star Jordan Verroi, 36, tries to set her up with his roommate Carl Radke, 40.
Referring to her as “beautiful”, he says she “happens to be religious” too – a quality that would later draw her to evangelist Charlie Kirk.
In the video, Carl comments Erika might be better suited to Jordan, who had spoken at length about his commitment to Christianity on the show.
This was not lost on Jordan who later took Erika on a date, describing her as having both “outward” and “inner” beauty.
After their short-lived fling, the blonde beauty met Kirk in 2018 who she married in 2021.
Opting to pursue a Masters degree instead of carrying on a career in the limelight, the Christian-devotee previously said: “To the [people] that sent me insane amounts of encouragement & prayer as I silently pursued this degree.
“And made my own career sacrifices (like turning down being a cast member for @bravotv Summer House & other various TV show opportunities.”
Erika later revealed her and Kirk’s relationship flourished over long chats around theology and politics.
In post on Instagram in 2023, she wrote: “5 years ago today, we sat inside Bills Burgers in NYC deep in conversation and banter over theology, philosophy and politics and at the end, you paused, looked at me and said, “I’m going to date you.”
“Dating with intention to marry is way different than dating to ‘see where it goes.’ Let God write your love story.”
The clip of Erika, pulled from episode 11 of the series, has circulated online as fans of Kirk continue to mourn his tragic death.
The conservative was fatally shot in the neck while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, September 10.
On Saturday, Erika spoke for the first time since her husband was gunned down and shared devastating pictures showing her collapsed in tears over his open casket.
In one gut-wrenching clip, Erika is seen clutching Charlie’s hand inside the casket, her head resting on him as though willing him back to life.
Between sobs, she whispers, “I love you” and “God bless you,” kissing his hands in a final act to say goodbye to her loved one far too soon.
Another image captures her collapsed over the gleaming wood, blonde hair spilling forward as she pours out her grief in silence.
Erika described the conservative activist as a “perfect” father and husband in an emotional address from his Turning Point USA studio, where his podcast chair sat hauntingly empty.
“You have no idea of the fire that you have ignited within this wife,” she said, her voice breaking.

“The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.”
Cops have now arrested 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who is expected to be charged next week for the killing of Kirk.
Erika, who was in the audience with their one- and three-year-old children when her husband was assassinated, told how their daughter later asked her: “Where’s daddy?”
She replied: “Baby, daddy loves you so much. Don’t you worry. He’s on a work trip with Jesus.”
Through tears, she praised the first responders, President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance – who flew Kirk’s casket home to Arizona aboard Air Force Two with Erika and her two children.
“Mr President, my husband loved you. And he knew that you loved him too. Your friendship was amazing,” she said.
Erika went on to vow that Charlie’s political crusade will only burn brighter, saying: “If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea what you just unleashed across this entire country and this world.”
Trump has announced Kirk will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously, hailing him as a “giant of his generation and a champion of liberty.”
Cops are now probing whether Charlie Kirk’s suspected assassin had help.
