A MIAMI influencer is taking her Colombian pop star ex to court over a leaked sex tape – but he claims to be far too famous to be guilty.

She accuses him of leaking a graphic video of the former couple that went vital online.
Calling the September 7 leak “shocking”, her suit read: “The video went viral, and for Ladera the earth stood still.”
Ladera – who boasts 6.5million Instagram followers and another 5.6million on TikTok – insists only she and Beéle ever had the explicit footage.
Since she deleted hers, she claims, the singer must have been the source.
Ladera wrote on Instagram: “I am profoundly devastated.
“An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent, in an act that represents one of the cruellest betrayals I have ever experienced.
“That video was only in the hands of two people: the other person and me.”
Beéle – real name Brandon de Jesús López Orozco – has flatly denied leaking the tape, with his team suggesting he is already too famous to need the attention a sex-tape scandal brings.
In a statement posted to social media and later deleted, his lawyers said: “His artistic career and international prestige preclude any need or interest in such events.”
They added: “We categorically reject the circulation on social media and digital platforms of an intimate video that violates the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved.”
But fans were quick to point out Ladera’s online clout far outshines her ex’s.
She commands more than 12 million followers across platforms, compared to Beéle’s 3.9 million on Instagram.
According to the lawsuit, the couple started dating in 2023 and would record sex tapes “at Beéle’s request,” the New York Post reports.
Ladera claims she asked him to delete the clips in May 2024 – after deleting hers – but he allegedly refused, questioning her trust.
Their romance unravelled over the next year, with Beéle’s ex-wife even posting screenshots of his alleged texts to Ladera.
By March this year, the pair had split.
Two months later, Ladera says she was warned that screenshots of their tape were circulating, before the full video erupted online.

“The only other person who Ladera knew had the videos, Beéle, had made his intentions clear when he refused to erase them,” the suit alleges.
“The refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Beéle is the source of the leaks.”
The influencer, who is also a mum, is seeking damages for invasion of privacy and sexual cyber-harassment.
In a blistering Instagram post, she accused her ex of trying to humiliate her.
“This act not only violates my privacy, it also attacks my dignity and has caused immense pain — to me, but also to my family,” Ladera wrote.
“I am not the shame of this story. The shame belongs to the one who betrayed me. I am still here, standing, with my head held high.
“For me. For my family. And for all the women who have been victims of a narcissist.”
Beéle has not publicly commented since the lawsuit, the New York Post reports.
