The body-cam footage from the arresting officers showed her at first acting shocked when confronted by uniform cops at her front door.
The arresting officer said she was being “placed under arrest”, after which Bardfield exclaimed: “Me? For what?”.
The officer revealed police “had a significant amount of evidence” against her relating to the rape and abuse of her student.
The following footage showed the sick teacher talking with police before getting into the cop car as officers searched her Mount Zion home.
The twisted teacher’s revolting scheme became unstuck in April last year, after the victim’s mother noticed her son “behaving differently”.
Upon going through his phone, the concerned parent found sickening evidence of the inappropriate relationship.
It was revealed the teacher had been communicating with the victim via Snapchat for months, sending nude photos and more than £500 in cash to the student.
The victim also said they had unprotected sex on Bardfield’s marital bed, which she normally shared with her husband.
An Illinois court heard Bardfield referred to his visits as “play dates”, one of which disturbingly turned into a sexual encounter.
In an appalling attempt to blame her victim, Bardfield told the cop the young boy had made advances on her.
“He kept asking and asking and asking and wouldn’t leave me alone,” she replied.
According to the Daily Star, Bardfield was undone through incriminating texts and recorded calls with the victim.
After his parents discovered the sickening abuse, they worked with police to trap the teacher.
In messages sent from the victim, he said he was leaving town but hoped he would see her when he returned.
“I love and miss you Alley,” he wrote.
“When I come back I’ll if I can come over.”
She responded to his message saying “You’re always welcome. I love and miss you too”.
Court documents further revealed she had invited him over the following weekend to “do it again”.
She was sacked from her job at Decatur Public School when the investigation began.
Bardfield pleaded guilty to predatory criminal assault against a minor and is set to be sentenced on September 25.
