A WOMAN has been reported missing following torrential rain and flash flooding in a Brit holiday hotspot.
The woman is thought to have been swept away by the deluge of water in Agrigento Town in the Favara province of Sicily.

Authorities believe she disappeared into the flood water on Wednesday after attempting to get out of her car, which was stuck due to the extreme weather.
Firefighters are continuing to search for her.
