Blake Lively Ditches ‘Reputation’ Black for ‘Barbie’ Pink at ‘Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ Reunion

My theory that Blake Lively dresses to support her friends no longer feels like a stretch.

On December 15, the main cast of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants reunited to celebrate America Ferrera’s performance in the Barbie movie at a SAG-AFTRA screening in New York City. In a sweet video shared by Ferrara on Instagram, her former costars from the 2005 classic (and its 2008 sequel) can be seen wearing varying shades of pink while taking a selfie with the 39-year-old Barbie star, who opted for a white dress and black pumps.

Alexis Bledel, 42, wore a berry pink pencil skirt and black peplum blazer while Amber Tamblyn, 40, chose a millennial pink pantsuit. Last but not least, 36-year-old Lively wore a hot pink dress with matching pumps and gloves.

“The Sisterhood came through all in pink to celebrate my performance in Barbie last night,” Ferrera captioned her Instagram Reel. “I love these women with all my heart. #SisterhoodForever .”

In the video, an iconic quote from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants plays as the group poses for photos. “Call me crazy, but it’s scientifically impossible that a pair of pants can fit me,” Bledel’s voice can be heard saying before the others chime in: “And me—and me—and me!”
