Subaru Teases STI Onslaught For Tokyo Auto Salon

Subaru has teased an impressive lineup of cars for its Tokyo Auto Salon exhibition (January 12-14, 2024), including high-performance variants of the WRX, the Levorg station wagon, and the BRZ coupe. The first car is called the WRX S4 STI Sport Prototype, while the BRZ and Levorg names see “STI performance” suffixes added to their nomenclature.

Few details have been released at this stage, but Subaru says we can expect “improved handling stability and a higher quality ride,” adding that this model will reach production but be sold in limited numbers.

We suspect this will only be offered in Japan, where a regular WRX S4 has been on offer for the last two years.
