Author’s POV, Running Commentary & Thoughts:

Zero Hour

Keith Lee isn’t cleared to compete, so Dustin Rhodes is going to face Swerve Strickland instead. The thought process is that Lee and Rhodes were tag team partners, but as great as Rhodes is, I’d imagine most people would agree with me that this is underwhelming, particularly since the Swerve/Lee match was only booked as a last-minute thing months too late from when it had lost steam already anyway. More importantly, though, let’s hope Keith Lee is okay.
You see those reports about Andrade?
Now that the talking is out of the way, the show’s starting off with the battle royale. This should be fun.
Okay…never mind. Even though they just said that match was coming first, it seems Willow vs Stat is happening first. Renee must not have gotten that memo.
Willow picks up the win. She hugs with Statlander after. Time for the battle royale.
Killswitch won the battle royale by last eliminating Trent.
Wheeler Yuta gets some cheap heat by insulting Long Island. Did you know that it isn’t even the best island in Long Island, because Staten Island is better, but that’s trash? Hahaha. Yuta had a good thing going, but got messed up a bit there. Just teasing. We all make mistakes; still going to enjoy this match.
Hook retains by submission in a fun fight. Thumbs up on my end.
