Known as Como Residences, the yet-to-be-built apartment is located on the exclusive Palm Jumeirah, an archipelago of artificial islands renowned for its designer villas, upscale hotels, and beach clubs with infinity pools.
The penthouse is strategically located in the city with views of Dubai’s skyline, including Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Dubai Marina.
It features a 360-degree sky infinity pool on the rooftop allowing buyers to enjoy the scenic view of Palm Jumeirah.
According to the developers, the Como Residences tower will be a supertall skyscraper with a height of over 984 feet.
And it will accommodate just 76 apartments, ranging from two to seven bedrooms, and will include an elevated private sandy beach and a 25-meter lap pool.
Each floor will have just a couple of apartments – and they all will be served by private elevators.
The starting price for the units was set at £4.5million, going all the way up to £100million.
The residences in the building are currently under construction and will be ready for buyers to move in by late 2027.
According to the developers, the Como Residences penthouse ranks as the third most expensive in the world, following Penthouse D at One Hyde Park in London, priced at £190million, and the Odeon Tower Penthouse in Monaco, priced at £345million.
Sam Horani, associate partner of Provident Estate said: “The Como Residences Penthouse is not just a residence but a statement of ultimate luxury and exclusivity.
“Its sale marks a historic moment in the Dubai real estate landscape, solidifying its place as an enduring symbol of opulence for generations to come.”
The previous record for a penthouse sale in Dubai dates back just a few months when an apartment on the top floor of the Marsa Al Arab Hotel sold for £90million.
