PRINCE Andrew has been named yet again in bombshell court documents relating to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
In Monday’s drop Ghislaine Maxwell’s lawyer claims Guiffre is lying about having had sex with Andrew – because he was “too big for the bath” where she alleges an assault took place.

It comes as over 1000 pages of bombshell court documents including emails, depositions and legal papers spanning the 2010s were made public by a US judge last week.
The files were part of a 2015 lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts Giuffre against Epstein’s madam Ghislaine Maxwell.
Previous court docs have revealed major allegations against the billionaire financier’s pals, including Prince Andrew.
A statement by Maxwell’s lawyer’s Philip Barden is included in the most recent files which are made up of 17 exhibits.
On page three of exhibit one, he claims: “By way of example I recall that prior to the December 2014 filing of the joinder motion and the subsequent press reports that Ms Guiffre clearly stated that she did not have sex with Prince Andrew.
“Yet in her joinder motion she claimed she did have sex with Prince Andrew and that the sex occurred in what can only be described as a very small bathtub.
“Too small for a man of Prince Andrew’s size to enjoy a bath in let alone sex.
“So as of December 2014 it was clear Ms Guiffre had made polar opposite statements. She was either lying when she said they did not have sex or when she said they did.”
The first exhibit claims a secret online server called MindSpring was used by Epstein to give orders to his household staff.
One employee dubbed the system “ridiculous” as they described the convicted paedophile ordering drinks through the system via different employees while all under the same roof.
The same files also allege that Ghislaine Maxwell hid some of her email accounts from discovery during the 2015 defamation case filed against her by Virginia Roberts Guiffre.
Guiffre’s lawyers claim that Epstein’s madame, serving 20 years in prison for sex trafficking, hid another email containing incriminating information.
Maxwell denied these claims at the time.
Another unsealed portion of the files apparently shows Epstein refusing to testify for fear of criminal prosecution.
The unsealed transcript comes from a hearing where it appears both Maxwell and Giuffre want the disgraced financier to testify, but he won’t.
The Epstein files have revealed further details of the lurid sex allegations made against the convicted paedophile, Maxwell and Andrew.
Maxwell, 62, is currently serving 20 years in prison for sex trafficking and Epstein killed himself in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial.
Giuffre, a longtime accuser of both Epstein and Andrew, sued the Duke of York in 2021 for battery and infliction of emotional distress.
They settled in February 2022 for a reported £10million, though he has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and claims he cannot recall ever meeting Giuffre.
