CONTROVERSIAL kick-boxer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are set to have all nine vehicles returned to them after they were seized in a cop raid.

The total value of the confiscated cars exceeds £3.3 million and includes two McLarens, four Ferraris, a Maybach, a Maserati, and a Lamborghini Huracan.

The decision was made in a court ruling after the vehicles were confiscated by DIICOT on August 1, 2024.

A statement from the Tate Brothers’ Lawyers Lawyer Eugen Vidineac welcomed the decision.

He described the decision “legal and well-founded.” He said: “The decision could not have been different, considering the details of the case.”

Lawyer, Ioan Gliga commented on the ruling, saying: “It put an end to an egregious abuse by the authorities concerning the confiscation of the assets.”

This decision follows a series of legal actions and intense debates in the case of the Tate brothers, who contested the confiscation of their luxury cars.

Andrew was previously arrested in Romania after shocking fresh allegations included trafficking and sex with a minor.

His brother Tristan was freed after the pair were detained and grilled as Romanian cops swooped on four properties in Bucharest and Ilfov county for searches.

The Tate brothers are being investigated over claims a 17-year-old girl was trafficked to Britain and forced to “perform sexual acts in order to produce pornographic material”.

Romanian cops also claim that starting in December 2020, a defendant engaged in “sexual relations” with a 15-year-old.

The spokesperson said: “Andrew Tate has been placed under house arrest and his brother, Tristan under judiciary control in a decision issued by the judge at the Tribunal of Bucharest, today August 22nd, at 19.30.

ROMANIAN cops have again seized a fleet of luxury supercars from Andrew Tate’s home after fresh allegations over human trafficking and sex offences.

Andrew, along with his brother Tristan, is being investigated over claims a 17-year-old girl was trafficked to Britain and forced to “perform sexual acts to produce pornographic material”.

They are already awaiting trial in Romania, along with two women, after being charged with human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.

Andrew Tate was also charged with rape in that case.

In the latest raids on Andrew Tate’s property in Bucharest, cops seized 16 luxury vehicles, a motorbike, laptops, luxury watches, and cash.

It is understood that three other properties across the city and nearby were also raided.

The list of luxury vehicles seized includes a £380,000 Ferrari Stradale SF90 and Lamborghini Huracan, which cost around £235,000.

Dramatic pictures showed Romanian cops towing the supercars away along with a Mercedes-Benz, a McLaren and a more humble-looking classic red Lada.

The seized cars have a combined value of almost £1.2 million, it is reported.

Georgiana Popa, one of the Tates’s lawyers, said today that the seizures are legal but unfounded and said it has been contested.

“The cars are not [Tate brothers’] property”, she added without providing further details.

“DIICOT had placed a request for 30 days preventive arrest for both brothers, but the judge has denied the request given the brothers’ behaviour while previously under preventative measures.

“The Tates salute the decision and firmly deny all allegations leveled against them, emphasising that the accusations are baseless and unsupported by substantial evidence.

“They will continue to comply with the due course of justice and remain steadfast in proving their innocence.”

Romania’s Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) said they were investigating the brothers over alleged trafficking of minors, human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor, influencing statements and money laundering.

The elite unit of cops had the power to detain them for 24 hours – following that, a judge needed to sign off on a preventative arrest, putting them behind bars for a further 30 days.

The Tate brothers are being investigated amid claims a 17-year-old girl was trafficked to Britain and forced to “perform sexual acts in order to produce pornographic material”.

Since initially being arrested in December 2022, the Tate brothers have vehemently denied all allegations levelled against them.

Andrew believes they are being targeted by “The Matrix” – what he describes as an establishment that punishes those who step out of line.

The former kick-boxer shot to fame projecting an ultra-masculine persona to social media.

The self-proclaimed misogynist, 37, is a divisive figure who infamously said that women should “bear responsibility” for being sexually assaulted.

He was banned on multiple social media platforms but recently made a comeback on X, where he has nearly 10million followers.

He has vehemently denied wrongdoing alongside Tristan, 36, since an initial arrest in 2022, instead claiming they are victims of what Andrew calls “The Matrix”.

The Matrix, he says, works to silence anyone who steps out of line with the so-called establishment.

It’s alleged they would pretend to fall in love with women, later forcing them work for their business and perform sex acts on camera.

A Bucharest court recently banned the brothers from leaving Romania while they await a trafficking trial.

That overturned a previous decision in July which allowed them to travel within the EU.

A date for the trial is yet to be set.

PREVIOUS ASSET SEIZURES

In March 2024, the Tate brothers lost their bid to get back £10million worth of assets – including a dozen luxury cars – seized by cops last year.

Andrew and Tristan had £3million worth of assets – including company investments worth £84,000 and 21 Bitcoins worth about £440,000 – seized from them in January last year.

Other seized assets included 15 luxury cars, 14 luxury watches, and 10 buildings and lands, all located in and around Bucharest, Romania.

A spokesperson confirmed to The Sun that they lost their bid to get the assets back.

The brothers’ collection of watches includes two Hublot, three Patek Philippe, one Cartier, three Audemars Piguet, one Akribos, two Rolex, one Ulysse Nardin, and one Breitling.

Cars including three Porsche, two BMW, two Ferrari, one Aston Martin, one McLaren, one Lamborghini, and five Mercedes were also seized by Romania‘s organised crime-busting police unit DIICOT.
