Passenger advice after LNER and Hull Trains services set to be disrupted all week
Hull Trains customer advice
Services will be diverted via Goole. Howden and Selby will not be served.
If you are travelling from Howden and Selby to the south, road transport will run from Howden and Selby to Doncaster. You can then connect with Hull Trains and LNER services from Doncaster towards London Kings Cross.
If you are travelling from the south towards Selby and Howden, road transport will run from Doncaster to Selby and Howden. Please speak to station staff on arrival at Doncaster.
You may use your tickets on board Northern and TransPennine Express services to travel to Leeds or Hull to connect with either Hull Trains services at Hull or LNER services at Leeds.
Alternatively, if you can make your own arrangements to travel to Hull, Brough or Doncaster, you will be able to join the diverted services and sit in your original reserved seat.
LNER customer advice
Services will be diverted via Goole. Selby will not be served.
If you are travelling from Selby towards the south, please speak to station staff who will organise road transport to Doncaster where you will be able to join the next available LNER service. When travelling on alternative LNER services, we recommend making a new seat reservation where possible.
If you are travelling from the south towards Selby, please leave the train at Doncaster where road transport will be provided to Selby. If you require any help, please speak to station staff.
Alternatively if you can make your own arrangements to travel to Hull, Brough or Doncaster, you will be able to join the diverted services and sit in your original reserved seat.
