Her mother showed signs of relief and distress — seemingly holding it all together while sitting in the back of an EMS vehicle after being reunited with her daughter.

The two kidnappers remain at large. They face charges of grand larceny and could be hit with kidnapping-related charges in the future, according to police sources.

An investigation is ongoing.

It was the second Big Apple carjacking involving a child in as many days.

A dad was putting his 7-year-old son in his running vehicle at 1540 MacDonough Place in the Country Club section of the Bronx Thursday when he turned to get his other child, who was just steps away, sources told The Post.

An unknown male jumped in the driver’s seat and sped off. The vehicle and boy were recovered near Tilliston and Wright avenues in the borough’s Eastchester neighborhood. The child was uninjured and reunited with his parents, the sources added.

That alleged carjacker remains at large.
