Ferrari 499 Modificata Is An 858-HP Track Car Tribute To The Le Mans Winner

Inside, Ferrari retained the single-seater layout as the 499P. This aims to provide the same driving experience as the #50 and #51 499P Le Mans race cars at the Prancing Horse’s return to the French enduro race.

With a new Ferrari 499P derivative, we can expect the automaker to expand the range to road-going versions as CarBuzz discovered – namely 499 GTB, 499 GTS, and 499 Speciale. This goes along the lines of the Aston Martin Valkyrie, which, in contrast, started as a road-going model to a hypercar entry in the WEC grid by 2025.

Ferrari didn’t disclose the price in the press release. But the company did say owners will benefit from the “Sport Prototipi Clienti” program, which provides assistance with maintenance and support (both technical and logistical) for track events.
