The pretty influencer was also caught with air freshener, soap and toothpaste.

Rumaisyah, who is also a yoga instructor, reportedly stole the goods “out of necessity”, according to her lawyer.

After putting the items in her bag, she then went to another part of the supermarket before exiting without paying.

She was then stopped by a security guard who discovered that she had shoplifted.

Lawyer Muhammad Rhastdan Abdul Wahab asked for the court’s leniency, saying that his client had no fixed income and was supporting a 65-year-old mother.

He also said that Yahya had shoplifted the items out of need and it was her first offence.

He said: “The client repents and begs to be given a second chance.”

But Deputy Public Prosecutor Sheryn Yong Shi Yee asked the judge to make an example out of her, according to reports.

However, Magistrate Nurul Izzah Shaharuddin took the defence’s pleas into consideration and slapped Yahya with one day in prison and the £70 fine after she pleaded guilty.

The court also ruled that she will serve a three-day prison sentence if she fails to pay the fine.

Yahya, who has since disabled her Instagram account, had more than 200,000 followers on the social media platform.

Elsewhere, a Brit TikToker’s jaw dropped after airport security unearthed £300,000 of coke from his suitcase.

Modou Adams, who once flaunted his glam lifestyle on social media, has now been jailed in Peru for almost seven years after being caught with nearly three kilos of cocaine.

And social media users were left stunned after the TikTok account of an influencer jailed for murder was still active despite its noted role in the killing of two men.

Mahek Bukhari, 23, hatched a plot to silence Saqib Hussain, 21, after he blackmailed her over sex tapes.
